Mwhahaha! With only a few more days left of Hallow’s End, here’s a little tip in the midst of the deathly fog! Hmm tricks, treats, achievements and…Gold? Pumpkins will now become your new best friend this spooky holiday.
At level 80 these little orange buckets of fun might give you a helping hand and a healthy gold boost. With approximately 6g+ from each pumpkin and 44 pumpkin buckets within Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Outlands you will earn approximately 264g! Maybe more with those little silvers and coppers you like to hide at the bottom of your bag. Oh and don’t forget the 4 achievements worth a total of 50 AP!
So put on your costumes, grab them buckets and have a good last few days of Hallow’s End!

Hallow's End Pumpkin in the Graveyard of Scarlet Monastery
Once again it’s Hallow’s End! All of Azeroth is wrapped up in the annual spooky holiday! Once again evil forces are terrorizing Azure Watch, Brill, Goldshire, Kharanos, Razor Hill, and Silvermoon City! For anyone wanting to take part in the festivities, you should stop by one of these towns and speak to the Costumed Orphan Matron! Also be sure to speak to innkeepers throughout Azeroth and trick-or-treat! Personally, I’ve made many rounds in the bucket brigade as the Headless Horseman attacks Goldshire!
After you’ve had your round there, and done the daily quest, be sure to head to Scarlet Monastery! There, in the graveyard instance, you will find a daily quest to kill the Headless Horseman! This is a level 80 daily, so it isn’t for the lowbies! If you’re lucky, you may get his mount, which is a ground mount as well as a flying mount, or The Horseman’s Horrific Helm that echoes his laugh when you click on it.
It only runs for two weeks, so you need to make every effort to get the Headless Horseman down each day! Also don’t forget to trick-or-treat every hour since it’s the only way to get masks for the achievement! On a side note, I’m still trying to complete A Mask for all Occasions achievement. This is now my third year of Hallow’s End, and I still haven’t completed it!
